Normally, words appear when the society using a language needs to express a cultural fact.
Applying a simple Descartes' process, and from the hypothese that one single Swedish girl may have more than one friend at same time (statistically many, actually) we may assure that she may have more than one fuck-friend (statistically many, actually).
So, we can assume without lot of error probability that Swedish girls are bitches
